Understanding has to come into play and that's what I can offer - understanding maintainable lifestyle changes. There is no magic diet.... there is however, eating right.  This does not mean restricting yourself from things you like to eat, dropping 10lbs in a week and slamming 20lbs on after six.

 

There is no super training regime that surpasses any other, there is however, understanding your body, knowing where you are in training and knowing where you want to be and the steps you have to take to get there.
