Ben Heaton's knowledge as a trainer and and as a nutritionalist has helped me succeed in a variety of strength sports. As a body builder Ben created a diet plan which enabled me to achieve sub 5% body fat and place 5th at the British Finals. 

 

As a Power lifter, Ben helped dial in my technique and competition prep enabling me to win various Welsh Championships and go on to compete and British and international level. His knowledge and experience is second to none.

I have known Ben throughout my athletic career, a career that has benefitted greatly from Ben’s influence. It is my intention to compete at a national level successfully, I feel working with Ben could allow me to achieve this goal. Patience and persistence are qualities that become apparent when working with Ben; your goals become his goals. My body composition has improved and I am still able to eat and enjoy foods I like, this is due to careful planning of my nutrition that Ben has laid out for me.
